An Overview of Global Poker: Why Players Enjoy It
Global Poker is a bit of a unique social gaming site because it focuses mostly on poker. This is pretty uncommon among free SC Coins casinos, given most focus on slots. This in itself is what makes the site so popular among poker fans. Global Poker does however have a range of slots and table games too, allowing players to easily jump between them.
Global Poker even helps players get started with a welcome bonus. When we checked it out, we were able to claim 10,000 Gold Coins and a few bonus Sweeps Coins too. The amount of Sweeps Coins you can claim varies, but it’s usually somewhere between two and 10. From what we can tell, there are a few different poker games that you can use your virtual currencies on. This includes:
- Omaha High/Low
- Texas Hold’em
- Omaha
- Crazy Pineapple
- Jackpot Sit’n’Go
- Bounty Tournaments
Why Players Might Look For Global Poker Alternatives
Global Poker has a lot to offer, but there’s no harm in exploring alternative sister casinos. There are lots of reasons that you might want to do this. One reason could be as simple as wanting a site that focuses more on slots. Another reason could be wanting a mobile app that’s available for everyone. Currently there’s no Global Poker mobile app despite many players preferring to play on the go. But there are other sweepstakes casinos that do have downloadable apps which may be more suitable. Whatever your reason, we’ve found five Global Poker sister sites for you to try.

Crown Coins Casino: High Quality Games
- Cash and gift card redemptions
- iOS mobile app available
- VIP rewards program
- Live chat support
- No table games
Crown Coins Casino may be focused on slots, but that doesn’t make it any less of a good alternative to Global Poker. This site has a lot of high-quality games, including slots from game studios like Hacksaw Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Big Time Gaming, and Booming Games.
Crown Coins Casino even has a mobile app, although it’s only available on iOS. However, you can load up the mobile site on any device, which makes it even more accessible. New players also get a welcome bonus of 100,000 Crown Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins.
MyPrize.us: An Extensive Game Library
- Codes aren't required to claim bonuses
- High-quality games from top providers
- Straightforward SC redemption process
- Responsive customer support
- Not available in 7 US states
MyPrize.us is going to be a great alternative to Global Poker for players who enjoy an extensive game library. If you want hundreds and hundreds of casino-style games at your fingertips, then this is the site. A few of our favorite slots include Wild Gold Mine, Epic Joker, Snoop Dogg Dollars and Tasty Bonanza.
Unlike sites like Skillz, MyPrize.us also has arcade-style games, live dealer titles and video poker. When you first join MyPrize.us, you can grab a welcome bonus of 50,000 Gold Coins and 5 Sweeps Coins. This might not be as big as Global Poker’s sign-up offer, but it’s pretty close.
LoneStar Casino: Play Three Poker Games
- 500+ casino-style games
- 7-tier loyalty program
- SC redemptions for gift cards and cash prizes
- No mobile app
LoneStar Casino may not have as many poker titles as Global Poker, but it still features a good range of options. These are part of its table games collection and includes Texas Hold’em, Video Poker and Oasis Poker. This is more than most sweepstakes casinos have, so we were very pleased to see them. There’s no mobile app to play them on, but they do load up well in any browser.
Signing up to LoneStar Casino is a breeze and you’ll even get 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins when you do. You can also take advantage of the optional first purchase bonus if you’d like to top this up further. With this, you could get up to 500k Gold Coins, 105 free Sweeps Coins and 1,000 VIP points.
Stake.us: Play Video Poker and Stake Originals
- Multiple bonuses
- Over 2,500 casino-style games
- 24/7 live chat
- No dedicated Android app
Stake.us is well known for two things: a top notch welcome offer and a huge variety of games. Within this game library Stake.us offers Video Poker, like a few other of our recommended alternatives to Global Poker. On top of this, Stake.us offers 25+ Stake Originals like Plinko or Keno, which all offer something different to regular slots.
Stake.us does have a mobile app, although it’s only available for iOS. It also has the biggest welcome bonus by far with 25,000 Gold Coins and 25 Stake Cash available to new players. Simply sign up and enter the promo code ‘’ when prompted.
McLuck: Slots and Arcade-Style Games
- Numerous promotions
- Excellent customer support
- iOS and Android app available
- Not available in all US states
Sites like McLuck have a game library that primarily focuses on slots like most sweepstakes casinos. But there’s some serious depth to their collection, with live dealer options and arcade-style games. Top slots include Money Train 4, Rush Fever 7s and Space Miners. Our favorite arcade-style games include Gravity Plinko and Lost Mummy Treasures.
In addition, you can use McLuck’s mobile app on any device. This is one of the reasons it makes such a great alternative site. Apps like Fliff and Mcluck can be downloaded from both the Apple and Google Play store. Collect 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins when you sign up.
