      Match Summary

      1 Look out for:

The first goalscorer market has a lot of value this weekend. Indeed, aside from the forward players, Paul Pogba can be backed at 12/1 for Man United, while Victor Moses is 35/1 for the visitors. Andreas Christensen, who is sure to start, can be backed as high as 50/1 for Chelsea.

      2 We fancy:

Correct score of 1-0 Man United is available at 7/1. It promises to be a tight affair at Old Trafford, with both teams desperate to avoid defeat. That said, we just fancy the home side to record a narrow success.

      3 It's a long shot, but…

Chelsea have shipped seven goals in their last three Premier League matches, and they will visit a stadium where Man United have been very strong this season. It is 25/1 that the Red Devils put Chelsea to the sword with a 3-0 win.

      Team News

      Manchester United's Last Six:

        Won: 3 Drawn: 1 Lost: 2

Paul Pogba started on the bench against Sevilla on Wednesday night, but the Frenchman is expected to return to the Man United XI here at the expense of Ander Herrera, who went off injured in the Champions League tie.

Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are also pushing for spots in the team, while Eric Bailly could be set for a start at centre-back as Phil Jones is still on the sidelines for Jose Mourinho’s side.

        Chelsea's Last Six:

          Won: 3 Drawn: 1 Lost: 2

Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud both started on the bench against Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday night, but the former is expected to come into the team at Old Trafford.

Morata could replace Pedro, with Eden Hazard and Willian joining the Spain international in the final third of the field. Tiemoue Bakayoko and David Luiz are still on the treatment table for the Blues.

Manchester United vs Chelsea Betting Tips, Preview & Predictions

Romelu Lukaku faces his former club with seven goals in his last 10 games

Second will welcome fourth in the Premier League this weekend as Man United host the reigning champions Chelsea. Just three points separate the two teams in the table, and both are locked in a battle for a top-four finish this term. Man United boss Jose Mourinho will be desperate to get one over on his former club, but the Red Devils have incredibly only beaten Chelsea once in the Premier League since October 2012. Indeed, the Blues have won five and lost just one of their last 10 top-flight fixtures with Man United, which is a very impressive run of form.

Man United are 13/10 to collect all three points as Mourinho’s side look to secure what would be a huge three points. The Red Devils have won 10 and lost just one of their 13 home Premier League matches this season, but they have only been victorious in two of their last five games in all competitions. Indeed, they have lost to Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United in the Premier League in recent weeks; in addition to drawing 0-0 at Sevilla in the first leg of their last-16 tie in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The home side will be under huge pressure to win here.

Chelsea are 14/5 to triumph as the Blues look to build on their impressive performance against Spanish league leaders Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday night. Indeed, a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge ensured that the Blues would remain in the last-16 tie ahead of the return clash at Camp Nou. Chelsea have lost two of their last three in the Premier League, however, including a 4-1 defeat at Watford earlier this month. Antonio Conte’s side have won seven of their 13 away Premier League games this season though, and will be fired-up to collect all three points as they look to stay in the top four entering the month of March.

The draw is available at 58/25, which seems a good price when considering that both managers will set up not to be beaten this weekend. It would be fair to say that both Mourinho and Conte would accept a point ahead of kickoff, and it is worth noting that four of the last nine Premier League meetings between the two teams have finished level. The onus will be on Man United to attack at Old Trafford, but Chelsea will be more than happy to sit deep and attempt to threaten on the break.

Romelu Lukaku is 5/1 in the first goalscorer market as the Belgium international looks to get on the scoresheet against his former club. Lukaku netted twice for Man United against Huddersfield Town in the FA Cup last weekend, and has managed 12 Premier League goals in 26 appearances during the 2017-18 campaign. It is 11/1, meanwhile, that the 24-year-old scores two or more times.

Alvaro Morata is 13/2 in the first goalscorer market this weekend, while the Chelsea forward can be backed at 14/1 to score two or more times. It was the Spain international’s header that decided the reverse match at Old Trafford earlier this season, and he has managed 10 Premier League goals for the Blues this term. Morata will have something to prove after being left out against Barcelona.

Predicted Score: Manchester United 1 - 0 Chelsea
