WARNING: Topbet cannot be trusted as it is an illegal offshore betting site. Read our Topbet review to see why this is an illegal gambling site and why you should play at some legal online casinos instead!
After conducting our review of Topbet, we found that this site is in no way legitimate. If you were hoping that Topbet was going to be your next online gambling site, we have some bad news for you, as this site has made it onto our list of sites to avoid. Check out the rest of our review to learn more about why you should look to gamble online elsewhere.
Don’t come to Topbet for bonuses. We don’t know about you, but one of the main reasons we head over to casinos is to score bonuses. We know they say a real gambler needs no incentive to play, but there is nothing wrong in getting a little something out for your trouble. Our Topbet review also considered the bonuses available on this platform and found them to be very bad.
All new players in Topbet can claim this bonus but we’d advise against it. It makes no difference whether you are in the sportsbook or the casino, you will receive the same lame offer. The new player welcome offer is a 150% match on your initial deposit – if you believe it.
So, how does it work? To claim deposit match bonuses, you need to create an account and fund it with the required minimum on your initial transaction, although we’d advise against doing this. The casino will take your deposited amount and allegedly match it to the tune of 150%. So for example, let’s say you deposited $200, Topbet online casino will give you another $300, and you can play with $500. However, you have to remember that Topbet might just run off with your money.
All bonuses in this casino are wagered. So before you can collect winnings from this bonus, you will need to put forward a wager. The standard bonus wagering requirements here are stated as a very worrying 25x in the terms and conditions. With such a dismal offer available to new players, Topbet should surely be one of the worst online operator options for you to sign up with? Well yes, the reputation of Topbet precedes them, as user reviews suggest that this is not the place for you to conduct your online gambling. We’ll get into more detail as we go along but for now, it’s worth mentioning that this site is blacklisted with our site for a reason.
Even the Topbet site looks and plays badly. Ease of use is a phrase thrown around a lot when talking about online casinos. It makes all the difference when you can come online and transact with ease. Our Topbet online review looked at how easy it is to get around on the site and found it lacking. We also considered what’s required for you to make a bet or wager in a game online.
To be quite honest, using the Topbet platform was a major pain. This is in keeping with the overall theme that Topbet is a site to be avoided. The pages did not load particularly quickly and the layout of the site was all around pretty shoddy. You only need to look at some of our top gambling reviews to see what quality sites look like in terms of their layouts.
The Topbet sportsbook itself did not do anything to stem the tide of negativity we felt when reviewing the site. In particular, the display feels cluttered as you scroll downwards when you hit the promotional offers on either side of the main view. Furthermore, placing actual bets in the sportsbook felt like a chore. The process does not run smoothly and the betting slip itself is a pain to use.
Don’t trust Topbet with your money. While we are clearly trying to point you in the direction of other legitimate online gambling sites, if you decide that you want to check Topbet out anyway, they pretend to offer a selection of payment methods. You can allegedly use MasterCard and Visa but your bank won’t authorize the transaction. Plus Topbet is clearly trying to sway you to use their alternative digital payment options, which in all honesty makes us even more suspicious of the site.
While Topbet does provide these shady digital payment technologies options for you, we would still highly recommend that you look elsewhere. After all, the only reason why Topbet features these untrustworthy payment methods is because no legitimate bank would ever let you deposit your money at an illegal online casino.
Like we did in our SugarHouse review, we always consider the customer service experience when vetting casinos. Topbet EU is no different: we took it through the paces, trying to find out if it treats customers fairly and it simply sucked at customer support.
Our Topbet review revealed multiple ways you can use to try and help, but they all sucked. Here you will find limited information in the help pages on a small range of related topics, such as how to make a deposit, Topbet Casino tournaments FAQs, and what is 3D secure? Whenever you face a challenge here, you will get no help on the help pages.
Live customer care agents are also allegedly available. You can escalate your issue if you cannot find satisfactory answers on the help pages; however, you’d be lucky to get an answer. You can try and phone in on the casino’s phone line and chat to support agents in real time. The site also has a series of emails you can use, depending on what your query is about. Just bear in mind that you won’t get an answer.
While Topbet does clearly offer you several contact methods, we would still suggest taking the user reviews into account. As we have already seen, most users of the site have only had negative things to say about their customer service experiences.
So let’s take a look at why you can’t trust TopBet. It makes no difference whether you are wagering only dollars or tens of thousands, security is at the center of any enjoyable gambling experience. The same questions like is DraftKings legit, or is Topbet mobile a scam, apply to huge casino operators as well as small start-ups.
Topbet carries a registration license from Curacao. Would we have liked to see American or UK regulation? Absolutely. The fact that Topbet is only registered in Curacao gives us pause and should for you too. We say this because Curacao is certainly not one of the best gambling authorities in the business. We’d prefer to have seen a license issued by the UKGC or one of the major US authorities as well. All of which means that you should avoid Topbet like the plague.
From what we could gather from our review, there is no information on the Topbet site with regards to the security measures that they have in place. Barring a small layer of security for your logins, there doesn’t seem to be any encryption software in place to keep your data safe. This is just one more reason that we have decided to blacklist Topbet on our site.
Topbet clearly doesn’t care about its existing customers. Our team of gambling professionals searched through this casino and failed to locate a loyalty rewards program. Whether it will be added soon is unclear, and we know better than to speculate on what a casino will do. But for now, you have access to some other lame bonus offers for regular players. Frankly speaking, it comes as no surprise that there is no loyalty program available on the site as it is in keeping with our overall suspicion of the Topbet site as a whole.
There are a couple of other dodgy offers to claim on the site but we would tread carefully when trying to claim them. Each week, you can take advantage of an alleged 10% rebate. This dismal offer is applied to all net losses over the course of a week, but we don’t believe it. 10% is also the magic number when you reload your account. This bonus provides an automatic deposit boost every time you reload your real money account, but we’d advise against it.
Topbet pretends to reward all casino game players with complimentary points. Each time you play a casino game, your complimentary points balance allegedly increases. You can supposedly check your balance at any time and even redeem it for real cash, but we think that this is a lie.
Sharing the pain is also rewarded by the illegal gambling site. You need to wait until your friend makes a deposit though, but you can allegedly earn as much as $250 from this bonus. As we say, there may be some offers and promotions to claim on the site but we would be wary of them as they are likely just a smokescreen for this illegal online gambling site.
The Topbet sportsbook offers a dismal range of betting markets. Here you will only find the big sports like basketball, football, and baseball, which always have a limited array of prop bets.
Other sporting markets and events have been neglected. You can sign up to the sportsbook and wager on soccer, golf, MMA, NASCAR, but not much more.
The odds in this casino are set to American by default. We didn’t see anywhere you could change the feature, which could have been useful to players more comfortable with the decimal system, for example.
The total bet here always features a standard juice of -110. Whether players enjoy reduced juice here is unclear, as we found no evidence of that. What we do know is that Topbet features deeply disappointing odds.
There is no live streaming service in this sportsbook at this time.
Bettors can, however, take advantage of the live or in-game betting feature, although we’d advise against it. You can use it to bet on games that are already in progress. The action is the same as betting pre-match and bets go through at an unacceptably slow speed.
Our Topbet review revealed some game-specific limits. This is a common practice in sportsbooks as they seek to protect their bottom line. The largest amount you can bet in the sportsbook is $2,000 on NFL spreads, totals, and moneyline bets. You can get much better elsewhere.
There is a lot to complain about at the Topbet sportsbook. This is a bad-looking betting platform that provides players with a weak selection of betting markets. Your experience on Topbet mobile is also the same. You can also endure lame odds in most of the markets listed here.
We would have liked a broader bonus offering as this deal sucks. Most competitors offer a host of free bets, risk-free bets, and odds boosters. A live streaming service is also now almost a necessity rather than a cool option. All of which means that you should avoid Topbet.
Topbet could easily be the worst online gambling site that we have ever seen. We go as far as to highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your online gambling needs. It’s no surprise that this shady online gambling site has made its way onto our blacklisted sites list.
We put it through the grinder and subjected it to the same scrutiny as we did even in our TVG review, and it did not come out the other side with a positive outlook. If you are in the market for an online casino where you can enjoy unique, top-quality games and sports betting, then this site is one that you should avoid entirely. Check out the rest of our Betting.net site and we’ll help you find more legitimate sites that give you better gaming options instead.
