Rolletto Review & Rating 2021: Legal or Scam? Warning: BLACKLISTED

Is Rolletto Legit? Not to us.

Rolletto is one of the newer additions to the online casino and sports betting landscape.

Unfortunately, we’ve been forced to blacklist Rolletto it is not legally licensed to operate in the US and we’ve also found many other issues to add to the list of sins.

In this Rolletto review, we take a deep dive into this gambling site to reveal everything you need to know— and we’ll be clear upfront, but we’re not impressed by what we’ve found. We’ve left no stone unturned in our exploration of the Rolletto online casino and sportsbook and our investigation resulted in us blacklisting the operator. If you’re looking for a reputable operator, then there are countless better options to consider.

Rolletto: Pros & Cons
    • Licencing concerns
    • Reports of payment delays
    • Negative customer service experiences

    Bonus offer - significant concerns

Rolletto offers a wide range of welcome bonus offers to choose from, which could theoretically be of interest if they are available in your region. For example, we have found offers that offer up to 75% of initial deposits as bonus funds, which may sound interesting — but there’s a significant catch. A bonus is only ever of use if you can actually withdraw the funds that are generated with it, and we have reason to believe Rolleto are underperforming in this vital regard.

If you’re looking for a deal with an operator that you can actually trust, we’d recommend checking out our Pointsbet promo code and bonus review to find out more rather than taking a risk on the Rolletto offering.

Usability, look & feel - a poor attempt at a smooth interface

We found that Rolletto have clearly gone to great lengths when it comes to ensuring a solid design.

Good aesthetics and design, however, are no substitute for a strong and trustworthy operator, and it’s in this area that Rolletto lets itself down. At the end of the day the design is superficial, and while we can’t fault the site in design, it’s not enough to allay our concerns.

Check out our 4NJBets review to see how Rolletto matches up to a legitimate site in terms of usability.

    Payments - a problematic area

Rolletto offers a wide range of payment methods and is particularly notable for its acceptance of cryptocurrencies. You can deposit and withdraw with a variety of different crypto coins, including Bitcon, Ethereum XRP, Litecoin, Tether, Dash and Monero. Offering crypto as a payment method is the easiest way for these offshore sites to have successful deposits go through on their platform. This is because the US banks can’t track the destination of  theses cryptos as they are decentralized and unregulated by the banks themselves. As such, the push for crypto deposits here by Rolletto is a major red flag for us.

We also found significant negative feedback regarding the Rolletto withdrawal process. Many users have reported issues in this area, identifying concerns such as withdrawals landing late, needing to jump through hoops in order to even request payment, or withdrawals simply not arriving at all. So while it’s possible to deposit without any issues, making a withdrawal is a very different story.

Customer service - unprofessional and borderline unresponsive

We always recommend that gamblers make sure a sportsbook or casino offers good customer service before signing up. After all, you want to make sure you can get the support you need, when you need it.

Our Rolletto review found that this operator is limited in terms of the options they provide. There are just two ways to get in touch – email [email protected], or use the live chat feature that you can access from within your account. Electronic communication is all well and good, but it falls well below the multitude of options you’d usually expect from the more reputable operators out there.

Furthermore, we tried to contact them ourselves and were made to wait for almost an hour before anyone got back to us. From there, our conversation as not at all helpful. As a result, we were unimpressed and were made even more confident in our addition of this site to our blacklist

License & security - insufficient for users

Just like it’s important to make sure a gambling site offers good customer service, it’s also vital to ensure you only use safe and licensing online casinos and sportsbooks. This is the only way to ensure that your personal data and your funds will be kept safe, so we always check an operator’s licensing during our gambling reviews.

During our review, we found that Rolletto holds a Curacao gambling license. Curacao licenses offer relatively little reassurance to the users, and we’d expect a legitimate operator to want to opt for one of the most high-quality choices out there.

To expound further, this license gives Rolletto the agility to operate offshore and out of the reach of the legal restraints in the US. Essentially, they are operating illegally. Sites like Roletto have been given the opportunity to operate in the legal gambling states in the US but instead pulled out as they don’t want any official gambling authority regulating their site. This is of course for fear of being discovered for what they are, which is a sham.

Rewards & loyalty program - nothing to speak of

Our Rolletto review found that this gambling site doesn’t yet offer a rewards or loyalty program to its users, so you may want to visit to find out our Caesars casino rating to see how a good operator performs in this crucial area. As far as the lack of loyalty program goes at Rolletto, we can’t say that we are that surprised.

    Rolletto Sports Betting

Betting markets - a lackluster offering

There seems to be a couple of different sports available to bet on at Rolletto. This would usually be exciting but given what we know about this site, it is not even close to good enough to make up for the glaring problems on the site.

There was also a distinct lack of any secondary or obscure sports on the site. Furthermore, the betting markets available were poor and barely covered any exotic bets or even fairly standard ones. There are plenty of other sportsbooks to check out on our site and we really suggest that you do so.

    Odds - well below average

One of the main things punters look for when choosing a sportsbook is the odds – you want to get value for money, after all. We’re not surprised to tell you that the odds at Rolletto are nothing special. In fact, they are pretty much below the average of the industry right now. That means that finding value bets no the site becomes far more difficult.

To see how Rolletto’s odds compare to another popular sportsbook, check out our Sugarhouse review, or the review of any other licensed sportsbook — there’s nothing unique about Rolletto’s offering that would justify choosing them over preferable, quality options.

    Live betting and streaming

Our review found Rolletto offers a range of daily live betting markets. However, the live betting feature itself did not run efficiently enough for our tastes. It was stuttering at any given moment and could seemingly barely get our live bet through. Rolletto doesn’t currently offer live streaming of sporting events which is why it’s not even close to being enough to make this operator worth considering given the significant downsides.

Rolletto doesn’t currently make clear on its site what the betting limits are, which is concerning. Such information is essential for users to know before depositing, so we again found ourselves skeptical of the operator upon realizing such detail had not been provided.

Rolletto sports betting summary & conclusion - don't waste your time on this site

Sports betting with Roletto offers little to bettors beyond the very basic minimum, so we were decidedly unimpressed. With a host of competitors achieving and exceeding the same service level and having high-quality licences and no concerning record of payment delays, there’s little argument for Rolletto as a sportsbook operator worth your time.

    Rolletto Casino

    Software - pirated software anyone?

Rolletto features casino from the the likes of NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Amatic, Red Tiger, Playson and Yggdrasil, to name just a few. However, there is no feasible way that these official software developers would ever sell their games to an offshore gambling site like Rolletto. As such, the only conclusion that you can draw that the software on the site has been stolen (pirated). These suspicions are echoed through the user reviews as well so we can say almost with a certainty that this is true and is a major reason why they have found their way onto our blacklist.

Game portfolio - nothing special to see here

There’s no shortage of top slots to play at Rolletto casino. It hosts many of the most popular titles on the market, such as Gonzo’s Quest, Book of Dead, Starburst, Dead or Alive 2, and many others. There are over 30 video poker games to enjoy, many of them new with impressive graphics. As we have just mentioned, they only have access to these games as a result of pirated software. So, do you really want to play on an online casino that operates like this? I know we don’t.

As with the developers, it’s much of the same that can be found at other operators that do not have the same associated concerns as we have for Rolletto.

Live casino - why even bother?

Our Rolletto review found a decent selection of live casino games but if we have learnt anything from this operator, its that they cannot be trusted. Again, there’s nothing unique or trend-setting here, so we have no concerns advising users to look elsewhere for their live casino requirements. Most importantly though, because you’ll be a lot safer playing on more legitimate sites.

Like with many other online casinos, the betting limits vary a lot from game to game. While some slots have relatively low betting limits of $10 or less, there are high roller tables which let you wager upwards of $5,000 per hand.

    Rolletto casino summary & conclusion

A mundane, run-of-the-mill selection of casino games is not enough to offset our serious reservations about Rolletto. The fact that they offered games from legitimate software developers was the first major red flag and the only one we ever really needed to see to draw our conclusion. There are better operators that offer the same games but they have acquired them legitimately. So, take a gander at some of our other reviews to find a far better alternative to that of Rolletto.

Overall conclusion - best to be avoided

The negatives of Rolletto far outweigh the very minor positives on the site. While one must be somewhat skeptical when reading user reviews, the complaints we saw about Rolletto seem to be well-founded, and we found nothing during our time on the site that reassured us that they were a legitimate operator.

The final nail in the coffin was finding out that they had been issued a license from Curacao and that they were operating illegally as an offshore betting site outside the US. Our blacklist has grown longer by one with the rightful addition of Rolletto.

If you’re looking for a new sportsbook or casino, then we would suggest one of the many high-quality, well-licensed operators that we have featured on our site instead.
