How was my experience using the PlayFame site?
Let’s start with the usability of the site like I did in my
SweepNext review. I’ve played at both the desktop and mobile versions of this sweepstakes casino for hours, and I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad experience here. I like the simplistic desktop website layout and style
PlayFame is certainly not one of the flashiest when it comes to website design, and they definitely play it safe in terms of colors and graphics. But, I prefer it like that. The purple color scheme works great, and the text readability is also excellent. Adding to that, I like the side menu on the left-hand side as this has links to the game categories, Twitch creators, promotions, and the help center. Essentially, everything you need is in that menu and it makes for easy site navigation.
I’ve always found page speeds to be fast too, and I’ve never experienced any technical errors with the site, such as broken links or missing content. It’s just a well-developed website that I think you’ll easily be able to get on with.

There is actually a PlayFame Android app for mobile gaming
Yes, you read that right, there is a PlayFame app! This is surprising, as it’s a known fact that hardly any sweepstakes casinos have developed downloadable apps. But, if you want to play on your Android smartphone, you can indeed download the app from the Google Play Store or from a link on the website. I’ve tested the Android app and it works great! It has a smoother interface and controls compared to the desktop site, and I think they’ve done a good job of compacting layout for small-screen use.
Apple or iOS users will unfortunately have to use the mobile-responsive browser version of the site, but I’ve tested this too, using Safari, and it works great. The customer support could be more accessible
You can get help if you get stuck here, but I have never been able to find a live chat here which is something they can definitely improve. Live chat is usually the quickest support method, so in its absence, I’ve always had to use the help center and email support ticket system. I’ve sent test emails multiple times at different points of the day, and I’ve generally had a reply within 3-4 hours which is on par with the industry average from my experience.
Despite the lack of live chat, however, their help center is a great support tool. It’s fully searchable and also has a detailed FAQ section that answers questions about how the site works, and other things like its virtual currencies.

You can make optional GC purchases here, and whenever I’ve made one, I’ve been able to use a range of methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, plus some cryptocurrencies like Litecoin and Ethereum. The GC purchase process is straightforward, and I’ve never had any issues.
