Does MyPrize Have An App?
Yes - MyPrize has dedicated native apps for both iOS and Android, not just a mobile-optimised website.
The iOS version is available via the App Store (bundle ID 6746103240) and the Android version through Google Play (bundle ID us.myprize.MyPrize.google, published by My Technology, Inc.).
Both apps carry the full feature set you get on desktop - games, bonuses, daily wheel, prediction markets, and redemptions are all accessible from your phone.
If you'd rather not install anything, the mobile browser version works too. It's a practical option for players who want to try the site before committing to a download.

Both figures are based on research at the time of writing and will shift as the apps receive updates and new reviews come in. Check the stores directly for the most current numbers before you decide.
| Store | Rating | Review count | Downloads |

| Google Play Store | Around 3.2/5 | 224+ reviews | 50,000+ |
What Users Say About The MyPrize App
Positive reviews cluster around a few consistent themes. Redemption speed gets mentioned frequently - players note that SC payouts arrive faster than they expected, particularly when using crypto.
The daily wheel is another recurring highlight. Users describe the up to 100,000 GC and 2 SC daily reward as one of the more generous login bonuses they've seen across sweepstakes casinos.
The livestream rooms with creators are also called out as something that sets MyPrize apart from the standard sweeps experience.
On the negative side, Android performance on older handsets is the most common complaint. Words like "laggy" and "crashes on my old phone" appear across multiple Play Store reviews.
Login issues following app updates are another theme - a small but vocal group reports being locked out temporarily after a new version installs.
Customer support response time also draws criticism during busy periods. Users generally describe support as helpful when they do connect, but wait times during peak hours have frustrated some players.
For context, similar feedback shows up in reviews for the Stake.us app and the McLuck app, so this isn't unique to MyPrize.

Troubleshooting The MyPrize App
Most issues with the MyPrize app have straightforward fixes. Work through the relevant item below before contacting support.
📍 Geolocation issues
The app uses your device location to confirm you're in an eligible state. Enable location services for MyPrize in your phone settings, turn off any active VPN, and restart the app. A full device reboot often resolves persistent location errors.
🔐 Login problems
If you can't log in after an update, start with a password reset via the login screen. Then clear the app cache (Android: Settings > Apps > MyPrize > Clear Cache) and make sure you're on the latest app version.
💳 Payment failures
Try switching to Apple Pay (iOS) if a card payment is declining. If you're using MoonPay for card purchases, note that a $30 minimum applies. Crypto deposits via MyPrize's crypto options are often the most reliable fallback.
📉 App crashes
First check that you're running the latest app version - many crash bugs are fixed in updates. If crashes continue, free up device storage (aim for at least 1 GB free) and try uninstalling and reinstalling the app fresh.
📩 Push notifications off
Go to your device settings, find MyPrize in the app list, and tap Notifications. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is toggled on. This is the most common reason players miss daily wheel reminders.
🐌 Slow Android performance
Laggy gameplay on Android is a known complaint from users with older handsets. Close background apps to free up RAM, reduce screen brightness to ease processing load, and if problems persist, test on a newer device. The experience improves significantly on phones running Android 10 or later.
