The Americas Bookie bonus offer - Don't bother with this deal!

The bonus page reveals the presence of a few bonus deals. The welcome deal suggests you can pick up a 100% match bonus when you sign up and make that first deposit. The bonus page reveals more info for various other deals that also have some pretty confusing small print.

While some sites stop the bonuses after the first deposit, Americas Bookie does the opposite. They deceptively confirm that you can always collect a 100% bonus even when redepositing, but you’ll be stuck with some terrible wagering conditions. We tend to look for the small print to examine the terms and conditions for the bonus, but nothing appears on their site – which is very troubling. We couldn’t find a bonus code either. However, our other reviews sometimes reveal you don’t need one, such as a Dafabet promo code if you’re looking for that. All of which means that we’d avoid getting the bonus from Americas Bookie.

Confusing betting site to use and slow to load too

The Americas Bookie landing page is almost functional, and we can immediately see several menu choices at the top of that page. However, if you decide to select the racebook, casino, or sportsbook, you’ll see a lack of detailed information on those areas. Each doorway page, if you will, has further links and details for that section, but you cannot go through to that area. Simply unacceptable!

What does this mean for you? Well, you can look around Americas Bookie as a non-member, but only on the surface. We also found that while there were lots of vague links to sort through, we felt lost at times. Only if you sign up can you explore the real areas of the site you are looking for. The site also seems to pretend to be a source of info on all kinds of sports and casino topics, along with horse racing, without supplying any of those services. All of which makes it hard to trust Americas Bookie.

Very slow payouts at Americas Bookie

Minimum withdrawal amounts differ from one method to another as well. You can also see they have fees for certain methods which sucks. In fact, the only free method we found for withdrawals was the bank draft option if you choose regular mail delivery. You can only request one payout in each seven-day period. We also noted there were potential limitations in the services you could use according to location, and the payout speeds were some of the slowest that we’ve ever seen.

Terrible customer care at Americas Bookie

The best direction to take is to the foot of any page until you spot the help section. You can choose this or the live help area to reach the same place. You can send an email, use the phone, send a message, or hop onto their live chat service. It states that you can allegedly speak to people in either English or Spanish. However, we tried these customer support options and found that Americas Bookie didn’t bother to get back to us. Disappointing.

We should suggest you use the search box because this opens the path to the help section – not obvious when you arrive though. One or two words should take you to some information on that topic. We found out about many of the site features and services by using this tool which is better than nothing. If you have any queries about any of the areas of the site, including the casino, racebook, and sportsbook, you should type in relevant terms there to learn more – or do the smart thing, and simply avoid using this site.

Don't trust Americas Bookie with your money

One thing we always look for when writing our gambling reviews is some in-depth details of licenses, responsible gaming, and other important areas such as security. All these elements usually crop up at the bottom of a site, but we could find nothing like this in this case. This simply means that you cannot trust Americas Bookie.

All we could see was a logo confirming the site was Verified and Secured by GoDaddy. No licensing details were offered; we couldn’t find information on terms and conditions for site usage either. Since we had already found some details about the help center by this point, we searched there for a while to try and find more information. Unfortunately, nothing of the sort popped up. This makes it tricky to know whether anyone from a specific country could use the site. A search for responsible gaming brought us three results, none of which related to that topic, sadly. So don’t make the mistake of signing up to Americas Bookie.

Can you pick up any rewards or loyalty bonuses? Kind of

Our Americas Bookie review now moves on to cover rewards. The menu does have a rewards section over to the right, highlighting the sportsbook reward program. You can earn points whenever you make wagers, amassing them in your account until you have enough to convert to payouts. You could also convert these to free play bets, with 5,000 points equating to $25 in free bets, which is a bit of a rip-off.

They also mention potential merchandise advertising the website, although they don’t give any further details on this. We suspect most players would go for the free bets. If you save up 10,000 points, the free bet amount doubles to $50. This reward program simply isn’t good value for money and it’s another black mark against Americas Bookie.

Americas Bookie Sports Betting

Checking out the dire Americas Bookie betting markets

When you begin to explore the America’s Bookie sportsbook, you’re given a welcome page rather than the live sportsbook itself. This means you’ve got limited information to explore prior to signing up to the site. There are available bets for popular sports including football, baseball, basketball, and some other sports but nowhere near as many as you’d get at decent betting sites.

If you select live lines, you can see there are NASCAR, tennis, and golf listed as well as the other sports. If we go further into the various areas of the sportsbook, we get further details of their services. The only thing we do not get full access to is the sportsbook itself, so this is clearly available only to members. Again this looks like Americas Bookie has something to hide. Without any real transparency we can’t possibly suggest that you use this sportsbook.

Pathetic odds at Americas Bookie

Again, we can see details of the types of odds we might find in their sportsbook. They mention three-way lines, total bets, point spread, and money line wagers. Our Americas Bookie review can also confirm that access to live odds and real wagering is only for members. We found that the odds here simply weren’t as good as what you get at most other sports betting sites.

Poor live betting & streaming at Americas Bookie

Well, there is some text about live in-game wagering on the landing page for the sportsbook. As you might now guess, however, you’ve got little more than confirmation of this feature’s existence if you’re casually looking at their sportsbook rather than signing in as a member. We suspect that this is because Americas Bookie cannot be trusted.

Any clues to their limits?

Surprisingly, you can access info on this topic by visiting the help pages and searching for limits. There are tables for bets on football teasers, basketball teasers, Super Teasers, and other bets. Still, these betting limits were a little suspicious and just gave us one more reason to add this site to our blacklist.

Conclusion: Avoid this sports betting site

So why’s Americas Bookie so bad? It’s difficult to give an accurate review or rating as we did with our William Hill review. While Americas Bookie looked okay on the surface it simply didn’t deliver the goods. We know some of the sports and limits, and we know about their in-play bets too. All of which painted a sorry picture of a dismal online sportsbook.

Americas Bookie Casino

Mediocre casino software at America's Bookie

This is a pretty poor casino. The casino page acts as a doorway to that site area. This means you’ll only get the briefest of introductions to the Americas Bookie casino. We did some detective work though, and found further details inside their help area. We’d still advise against bothering, though. There are plenty of better sites out there.

When we compiled our Pots of Luck rating, we had more details to go on for this section. Here, though, our Americas Bookie review can only cover limited details. While there is a lot of information on how to play the games, we cannot find confirmation of their casino software. This is probably a good thing as chances are that Americas Bookie’s choice of games developer sucks.

Limited game portfolio at Americas Bookie

Searching for casino games in their help area reveals that we can play slots, baccarat, roulette, craps, Pai Gow poker, some Blackjack Switch, and a few other varieties of casino and table games too. You’ll get way more choice at other online casino sites. And quite frankly, it was a tedious process searching for these games on the site as well.

Do they have a live casino? Not on a site like this

Americas Bookie make no mention of any live games, although we did see a few hints of regular table games. There were no clues to suggest live dealers might be involved in the service at this casino. All of which is pretty disappointing.

Poor limits on wagering at Americas Bookie

Each game will have its own coins to sort through. The best approach is for you to check the coins when you sign up and load one of the casino games. By doing this, you can consider how the bets might play out for you and how many bets you could get out of the cash you are going to play with. We wouldn’t expect much from Americas Bookie.

Avoid the Americas Bookie casino site

Can our Americas Bookie review give a top score to the casino? Well, no. It’s tricky given the lack of clear details about the available games there. They do confirm they have 100+ assorted games, and we guess the bulk will be slots. No sign of known developers or actual titles though, which leads us to believe that this site should be avoided at all costs. So is Americas Bookie legit in this area? Not in the slightest.

Americas Bookie Horse Betting

Limited betting markets

Once inside the racebook page, you can pick up some suggestions about the available markets to find there. We supplied far more detail in our Gentingbet review than we can here, but Americas Bookie follows the pattern it already set down for the casino and sportsbook.

It gives you details about 75 tracks for harness and thoroughbred horse racing, but we could only find sketchy details about the tracks covered. We did spot the Breeders’ Cup and the Kentucky Derby mentioned, but that was about it, which is pretty pathetic.

Lacklustre racing odds

Americas Bookie do state that their members have access to some of the ‘most generous odds’ around, but without clear details of this we can’t accurately assess the legitimacy of that statement. We do know that they have Win, Place, and Show, trifecta, quinella, and other wagers, so it looks as if they have an almost acceptable range to go on, but the actual betting odds are substandard.

No live and streaming horse racing

The site only accepts bets on horses before they leave the gate. No live bets are allowed and there’s no live streaming, which is disappointing – but ultimately unsurprising from this shady bookmaker.

What about limits on wagers?

The smallest wager you can place on a horse over the internet is $1. If you called them to make a bet, the minimum increases to $10 per horse. In this case, they do ask that you make a minimum total bet of $20 during the call, though, so keep that in mind. These betting limits are more restrictive than what you get with other racebooks.

Conclusion: What do we think of Americas Bookie? It sucks!

It’s tough to give an accurate review when we have so little information to work with. There is far too much shrouded in uncertainty with the horse racing features. Overall, we can think of plenty of other online horse racing sites you could pick from on our site that would serve you far better than this mediocre and frankly shady betting site.
