Week 11 started with the Patriots shutting out the Falcons 25-0. The Falcons had three QBs throw four interceptions, no players gained more than 50 yards, and just overall looked terrible. The Patriots started a running back committee with Harris returning back from a head injury this week re-joining rookie star Stevenson splitting the carries about even. Folk kicked 4 field goals with the Patriots Defense and WR Bourne receiving the TDs. Reports came out that Antonio Brown has faked his vaccination card to be able to play for the Buccaneers, however the Buccaneers are still investigating. If this was true, it would likely lead to suspension and Brown not playing for another extended period of time. On the injury front, Seahawks RB Chris Carson is now declared out for the end of the year with a season ending neck surgery. RB Mitchell of SF will most likely miss this week along with Hopkins (ARI), Jones (GB), Kamara (NO), Jones (TEN), & Cooper (DAL).
Ron Rivera and the Washington Football Team return to Carolina to play Cam Newton and the Panthers
QB Dak Prescott (Cowboys) is facing Kansas City this week in Arrowhead. In years past that would be a scary, now it’s an inviting sentence to pickup Prescott as a streamer. The Chiefs defense is weak this year, they allow the 2nd most points to QBs. Amari Cooper will be out this week, however Dallas has many offensive weapons from Lamb and Gallup to Elliott and Schultz.
RB Najee Harris (Steelers) is going up against the Chargers. The Chargers continuously have a soft box and will sacrifice the run to prevent big plays. They give up the 4th most fantasy points to RBs and 3rd most in the red zone. Harris does not split time with another RB and could possibly get 25+ touches on the ground alone.
WR Rashod Bateman (Ravens) is a rookie who has been more and more impressive in each of his 4 games after skipping the early season due to injury. This is the week he’ll have his break out game against a horrid Bears’ secondary. The Bears are hard to run against, so expect to see Jackson throw the ball to his new favorite target, Bateman.
TE Pat Freiermuth (Steelers) is coming off a slightly disappointing performance against the Lions after three consecutive impressive games. Let the ‘Muth Luth they scream, and against the Chargers, who are 27th at defending TEs, he shall run luth. Read more on the Steelers/Chargers game for the best betting tips.
The Dolphins are getting QB Tua back this week. Tua is great when he plays bad defenses, and the Jets are the worst defense in the league. The Dolphins defense has really stepped up the last few weeks learning how to keep quarterbacks pressured and sacking them multiple times per game. They are getting more turnovers now and look like the Dolphins Defense that experts predicted them to be to start the season. Not to mention, Joe Flacco is starting for the Jets at QB this week. Go Fins, and watch them cover the spread easily.
Panther’s RB Christian McCaffrey
Cam Newton is coming back to Carolina for the first time since he has been cut. Head coach Ron Rivera is coming back to Carolina for the first time since he took the job with Washington. Carolina has a great defense. They are top 4 against QBs, RBs, & WRs. Washington, on the other hand, is in the bottom two defensively against QBs and WRs and in the lower third against RBs. This week they get a healthy McCaffrey to defend. Despite the victory against the Buccaneers last week, Washington will have a tougher time against a Carolina team with a top defense and an upgrade to Darnold.
