NCAA CFB: DraftKing predicts UNC Tar Heels at 6-6, under 7.5

The North Carolina Tar Heels stunned fans and bookmarkers in 2020 by finishing the regular season with an 8-3 record. As college football season approaches, bookmakers, including DraftKings, have begun to project their betting projections on the team.

The Tar Heels are expected to have a fruitful season ahead. The previous two seasons’ buzz appears to be placing a premium on the win total. DraftKings predicts that the team will be at 6-6 this season, while other sportsbooks are giving North Carolina win totals around 6.5, which bettors could benefit even at -135 on under 7.5.

They started with a lot of anticipation in 2021, owing mostly to quarterback Sam Howell’s performances. He was projected to lead Carolina to another successful ACC season in 2021, with the team starting the season rated No. 10 nationally.
