Gaming Innovation Group collaborates, provides sportsbook technology for Caravel Entertainment

Gaming Innovation Group Inc. announced a partnership with Caravel Entertainment Limited related to the sportsbook technology. The deal was agreed for a three years period with the opportunity to extend if needed. The deal is signed by GiG subsidiary Sportnco Gaming and Caravel.

Caravel is the operating company of a Portuguese brand “Moosh”. The recent partnership will incorporate GiG’s latest technology to Moosh’s website moosh.pt. The new addition will create revenue opportunities from database migration. It is set to happen in the fourth quarter of this year.

“We are very proud to sign this contract with Moosh, a new GiG customer in the demanding and attractive Portuguese market,” said Managing Director of Sportnco Gaming Hervé Schlosser. “Moosh.pt has great ambitions domestically and there is no doubt that we are perfectly positioned to be able to respond positively to the new dynamics of this growing Portuguese operator.”

Chief Executive Officer at Moosh Martin Bengtsson has been looking for a fitting partner until the company found GiG. “It has been a long process to find the right partner for us, which we have found in the sportsbook and platform provider GiG,” he said.

The CEO then said Sportnco will provide great support for their business and is positive the customers will welcome the change.

“Their Sportnco subsidiary is well known for their top-notch sportsbook offering so this partnership offers a strong support for our business, and we are convinced our players will appreciate the new updated sportsbook when we go live,” Bengtsson said.

He then said he has high hopes for the sports betting and casino market in Portuguese and looks forward to expanding out of Europe.

“We have high ambitions in the Portuguese market, and this partnership will surely help us accelerate our plans to reach our goals and ambitions, not only in the sportsbook vertical but in Casino as well, whilst scaling up the offering in other regulated markets inside and outside of Europe.”
