In the latest Chelsea news, forward Eden Hazard insists the players are confident of sneaking into the top four and snatching a Champions League spot ahead of next season.
After a disappointing few weeks, the Blues have finally found their rhythm and have won their last five games in all competitions.
As well as securing their place in the FA Cup final, Chelsea have improved their chances of qualifying for the Champions League.
Their 1-0 win over Liverpool on Sunday helped cut the gap on the Reds and Tottenham after Mauricio Pochettino’s men fell to a defeat against West Bromwich Albion.
Liverpool sit third on 72 points, with Spurs on 71, but Chelsea are just two points behind their London rivals.
The west Londoners will end the campaign against Newcastle United after facing Huddersfield Town and Hazard admits they now believe they can sneak into the top four.
“It is not in our hands,” the Belgian told Chelsea TV. “It does not only depend on us but we will play, we will hopefully win, and then we will see the results of Tottenham and Liverpool and we will give everything.
“Beating Liverpool was a massive result. Now the target is just to win and be in the top four at the end of the season, and if we play like this the last three games, we can have something special at the end of the season.
“Let’s hope for something big. We all work together and when we play this kind of game, it is a good feeling after the game.”
