Anytime Correct Score

What is Anytime Correct Score?

Anytime correct score is a bet predicting what the score will be during a sporting event. Unlike the more specific correct score bet, anytime correct score – as the name suggests – relates to the entire event. As long as the predicted score occurs at some time during the event then the bet is a winner. It is a relatively new addition to sports betting and is easier to predict than the traditional correct score selection.

The anytime correct score can be used in any sport that has an increase in points or goals throughout the event but is most commonly offered with football matches.

How is Anytime Correct Score used in Sports Betting?

As with the more commonly offered correct score, an anytime correct score can be used as a single bet or part of an accumulator.

With football being such an unpredictable game the correct score bet can sometimes have good value with attractive odds. As the anytime correct score bet is slightly easier to predict the odds are not as generous but it does give more chance of a winning selection.

If an anytime correct score bet was placed on 2-0 for the home side it would not matter if they then went on to concede goals – or even lose the match. As long as at some point during the match the score was 2-0 the bet would be won.

0-0 selections are not permitted and 1-0 and 0-1 bets have the least value. As with correct score bets, extra time does not count.

Did you know…

When Brazil played Germany at the 2014 World Cup a 7-1 victory for the Europeans shocked the football world. It is unlikely that anyone had that as a correct score bet but anyone with a 0-4 or even 0-3 anytime correct score bet will have received some very attractive odds.
