- Premier international bookmaker for novice and experienced bettors
- A leading provider in betting content and security
Launched in 2012, LSbet are an online sportsbook and gaming site that delivers a wide range of sports betting options and casino games.
Based in Curacao and licensed by Media Entertainment N.V, they have built up a loyal customer base over the last few years due to their user-friendly service, enticing offers and comprehensive in-play betting.
In addition to that, customer security is also a draw with LSbet.
They use modern Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on all of their web pages to safeguard personal information, as well as operating with the most advanced firewall protection and intrusion detection technologies.
It ensures that they can deliver the safest platform for keeping a customer’s private information and transactions secure and fully protected.
With the sportsbook’s increasing popularity, LSbet have looked at ways of targeting new audiences with their betting services.
One particular area they have been very keen to expand in is their online casino facilities, especially in increasing the number of titles and games on offer to their customers.
These include Netent jackpot games such as the renowned Arabian Nights and having partnerships in place with well-known casino providers such as Evolution Gaming. In total, LSbet offer betting on sports and casino to over 20 countries worldwide.
However, there are a couple of areas where they could improve on to increase brand awareness.
Sponsorship is big business for sportsbooks and online gambling sites, with many choosing to secure deals with sports clubs and associations.
These deals usually revolve around a sportsbook acting as a betting ambassador or for their brand to be advertised in stadiums, on merchandise or to be promoted by the partners themselves.
LSbet are yet to take up this option and it does seem as if they are missing a trick in not going down this route.
Rivals such as 32Red have a whole host of deals in place and as a result, are now a well-known sportsbook in the UK.
In addition to the lack of sponsorship, LSbet also need to up their social media game.
They have very little presence on the likes of Twitter and Facebook, with very few followers and a lack of frequent account activity.
We have seen how many online betting sites are now using social media to engage with their customers, promoting their latest offers and odds as well as delivering content to bring entertainment.
In that regard, LSbet have a lot of work to do to catch up with the likes of UniBet and Bet365, both of which are very strong in promoting their brand to punters.
Pros and Cons of LSbet
- A comprehensive list of sports and games to bet on.
- Strong depth to betting markets, especially for feature football matches.
- Plenty of bonuses and promotions on offer for both new and existing customers.
- Multilingual & professional customer service staff.
- Lack of additional content including previews and live streaming.
- No available stats and form guides for different sports.
- A minimum of €25 required for account withdrawals.
- Live chat service isn’t available during late night hours.
LS Bet have worked hard to provide a respected online sportsbook and casino.
Their service has plenty of positives with a strong range of markets to bet on and loads of enticing offers for sports and casino to grab the interest of both new and existing customers.
However, there are already a vast number of online betting sites that provide a similar betting experience.
Punters are looking for a sportsbook or an online casino that offers something a bit different from the norm, a product that can really engage with them and suits their betting preferences.
In that aspect, there is little to make LSbet stand out and when it comes to style and the features available, they really struggle to compete with the likes of Betfair and William Hill.
LSbet may not have major flaws, but there is work to do if they want to persuade bettors to swap more established sportsbooks for them.
One thing that LSbet has been praised for is how easy their site is to use for both novice and experienced bettors.
It won’t win any prizes for style or originality, but it does everything that you expect from a modern sportsbook.
Though a little dull, the colour theme of black, grey and green means that all the betting options are easy and clear to access, with the most popular markets listed on the left-hand side of the page.
One feature that does stand out is the use of promotions in the centre of the screen, with your eyes immediately drawn to the latest specials and games that LSbet have to offer.
It is a pretty standard layout that is incorporated by many sportsbooks, with live in-play betting also shown on the right-hand side of the page.
LSbet’s site is very much about being functional but it does lack a bit of excitement, something to help it stand out from the hundreds of other sportsbooks that are currently on the market.
Betting Markets with LSbet
Their site may not have too much to get excited about in the style stakes, but when it comes to betting markets, it is a very different story.
Football takes centre stage for LSbet, with betting available on teams in over 66 countries and a wide variety of different markets to get involved with.
The top European leagues including the Premier League, Bundesliga and La Liga are especially well catered for, with 60 to 80 markets per game.
Alongside the impressive coverage for football, LSbet also provide betting on 20 different sports that include cricket and tennis, with basketball also catching the eye in terms of the range of markets on offer.
In addition to international competitions, there are 17 countries covered for basketball, with major leagues like the NBA featured as well as smaller competitions such as the Australian NBL.
LSbet also provide a very strong selection of special offers. These include bets on teams to win tournaments such as the Champions League and specific awards for players.
Moving away from sports, LSbet’s casino and gaming markets are also very good.
With options available for betting on live casino, video slots, table games and video poker, there is a huge array of titles to choose from that include Blackjack and Roulette.
For a sportsbook of this size, the level and depth of markets for sports and gaming is pretty impressive, with the sportsbook always looking to increase the types of markets on offer.
LSbet Offers and Bonuses
For relatively new sportsbooks, welcome offers and promotions are an absolute necessity to drum up interest and attract new customers.
Luckily for LSbet, they have plenty to offer both new and current customers.
When it comes to their welcome offer, their sign up concession gives customers the opportunity to claim a bonus of 50% up to €120 on their first deposit (minimum deposit €20).
Once a deposit has been made, users must contact customer services to find out how to access their bonus.
As with any welcome offer, this sees various requirements that include the fact that single bets must be placed at 2.00 (Evens) or bigger and multiple bets must have selections with odds of no less than 1.50 (1/2).
Only the first €50 of each bet counts towards the bonus and the rollover requirement must be satisfied within 90 days of the first deposit made in the user’s account.
This is a pretty strong promotional offer but it has had some problems.
There have been a couple of instances where some players from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece have received an even better offer than the one specified, with a 100% matched bonus.
That hasn’t gone down too well with customers in areas such as the UK, who haven’t been as fortunate in that regard.
In terms of current customers with LSbet, there haven’t been too many issues.
They are treated to a whole host of promotions and weekly offers that include money back on goalless draws in the football and a €50 free bet for customers when they place eight in-play single bets.
LSbet’s bonuses cover a vast range of sports as well as casino and gaming, so for punters who like an offer, this is a betting site that is well worth a look.
LSbet Content (Live Streaming, Audio, Radio, Blogs, Previews)
We have seen over the last few years the growing trend for sportsbooks to provide written, audio and visual content to enhance their betting product.
It is a great way to increase customer engagement, whether that is through betting previews or live coverage of sports events.
However, in the case of LSbet, there isn’t too much to shout about.
They fail to offer anything of note to either help inform or entertain their clientele, with a lack of previews, live streaming of sports events and even stats.
This is a major drawback, especially when you consider the level of content that the likes of William Hill provide with video previews for sports events, blogs and live coverage of horse racing and greyhounds.
If LSbet aim to compete with the best in the business, they need to urgently look at this area or risk being left behind.
In terms of in-play betting, LSbet have another area that needs improvement.
The range and depth of markets is decent, especially for football with plenty of goals and handicap markets as well as lots of flexibility in the minute markets, which is great for regular in-play bettors.
However, the general feel of it doesn’t meet the standards set by many of their rivals.
Many sportsbooks provide in-play graphics and stats to inform you of how a game is progressing, with information on which team or player is attacking as well as key stats.
LSbet provide very little on that front, just the basics with the time and the number of goals/points, shots and cards.
You get very little sense of who is in the ascendancy, which is vital for in-play betting. Couple that up with the lack of live streaming and you get a rather dull and tame experience, with very little to keep you involved with a game.
Beyond the markets on offer to bet in-play, there just isn’t enough to persuade you to choose LSbet over one of the more established sportsbooks such as Betfair or Coral.
LSbet Stats & Form
Form guides and databases for stats are incredibly useful for punters when creating a betting strategy.
Unfortunately with LSbet, customers are going to have to go elsewhere to find that information.
This is yet another area that needs adding to the list for improvements as they fail to offer any facility for stats and form on sports betting, and it is the same story for their casino and gaming.
Most sportsbooks provide pages on their websites to show results and records for teams and players, usually across a range of sports, as they can see the benefits that it provides.
It is a feature that draws people to a betting site, as they can use that service to access specific information and in turn use that knowledge to place a bet on the site.
The fact that LSbet fail to recognise that is major flaw and is another example of where they need to raise their game to compete with their rivals.
LSbet Banking and Withdrawals
When it comes to the options available for deposits and withdrawals of funds, LSbet provide several methods to customers.
As with most sportsbooks, debit and credit cards are accepted with Visa and Mastercard as well as bank transfers.
E-wallets are also becoming a more popular option for punters when choosing their banking options, with LSbet delivering a strong selection with Neteller, Skrill and Ukash.
Customers have noted that the pay-outs are very quick from their accounts, though one thing that must be stated is that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of €25.
LSbet Customer Satisfaction
With nine languages available on the site, LSbet are in a good position to provide a strong customer service to bettors from around the world.
Their team can be contacted primarily through a live chat service that is available between 07:30-21:00 throughout the week.
Other sportsbooks do have live chat facilities that run 24/7, but LSbet’s service is very good when available, with a friendly and knowledgeable team who can resolve betting queries quickly.
Alongside their live chat, LSbet can be contacted via e-mail, while they also have an FAQ section to answer simple betting queries.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a phone line option for customers to use which is rather disappointing as it is a feature that most betting sites do offer.
LSbet customers on the whole are generally pleased with the service provided, though a few more contact options in their customer service department would bring their site up to comparable terms with their competitors.
LSbet Mobile App
An application for mobile and tablet devices is a relatively new development for LSbet, as they look to expand their product to a wider audience.
All the features that are found on the desktop including sports betting and casino are available for those using the app, and it is a service that is quick and easy to use.
It does however suffer from a number of problems that have been highlighted when using the desktop, with a lack of options in terms of additional content and a rather stale in-play betting service.
However, if a simple betting app is what you are looking for, LSbet provide a decent product for both novice and experienced online punters.

Our Opinions of LSbet
LSbet deliver a secure and user-friendly betting experience that is suitable for both novice and experienced punters.
They offer a comprehensive list of markets and games whilst the promotions on offer are very tempting and engaging for new and current customers.
A lack of features is where LSbet falls down however, with little to entertain or inform while their in-play betting facilities look rather tired in comparison to what the likes of Bet365 have to offer.
- The use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology ensures that LSbet protects customer information.
- Over 20 sports available to bet on with in-depth markets for football matches in over 66 countries.
- Lack of blogs, betting previews and stats whilst in-play betting doesn’t include live streaming facilities for sport.
