The EveryMatrix Bonus Engine
While EveryMatrix cannot offer you a bonus themselves, a key piece of EveryMatrix software called the Bonus Engine, can help operators offer a variety of bonuses, and adjust the size and availability of them to appeal to a wider range of customers.
Options offered to operators include cross-product bonusing, Stacked bonuses and Seamless betting across bonus wallets and a real wallet. They can also adjust player eligibility conditions and bundled bonus offers.
While operators who use EveryMatrix software do not have to use all or any of these options, it would be hard not to see the benefits to customers of having this flexibility to offer. For instance, bonuses over extended periods of times for more casual players who could be more likely to use an operator long term, if infrequently.
Also, the wallet options, especially if the operator chooses the stacked bonuses option, will allow customers to see where they are when they benefit from more than one offer at the same time.
EveryMatrix sportsbook offers a customisable look, with excellent usability
While EveryMatrix is not the only provider of sportsbook platforms to operators, (our in-depth review of Kambi sportsbook provides an excellent example of another) they offer a very attractive package for new operators. It means in practice that they do not have to build a site from the ground up, and the problems that present.
These will include the teething problems that can only be found with extensive and often costly UI and UX testing, which can cause lengthy delays to the launch of a site. Even with all of this time and investment, an operator might end up with something that does not match up with what they could have easily bought off the shelf from EveryMatrix.
The short version is that usability is built-in with a sportsbook platform like EveryMatrix, as it has been tested by other operators who already use it, and it can be made to look unique from others by using an operator’s own branding, and a number of customisable options
MoneyMatrix payment solutions
Another standout area of the EveryMatrix backoffice is MoneyMatrix. Operators would ideally like the option of offering as many payment options to their customers as possible. This flexibility in supporting payment methods is at the heart of this piece of EveryMatrix software.
MoneyMatrix gives the operator an option of more than 40 payment partners, 180 payment options in over 100 countries and in more than 150 currencies. This EveryMatrix review was a little worried that this might be a case of too much information, but this is the entire range of options, and they would also be customisable and allow for a quick deposit option to be added to the bottom of the betting slip.
EveryMatrix platforms offer standard customer service channels
One area this EveryMatrix review was expecting to find a piece of EveryMatrix software (you’ll see they have one for just about everything) is in customer service. In a key area like customer service, the various sportsbook platform operators, which include SBTtech sportsbook, only offer the standard channels as part of the sportsbook package.
Instead, it might be that they focus on making the process for the customer as hassle-free as possible a priority, and improve the customer experience that way. By cutting down the number of technical issues that a customer encounters, it reduces the number of queries.
The out of the box version of the sportsbook has what you would expect from options to contact the operator, so no surprises there. Overall, we were expecting more considering the number of options they offer in other areas.
EveryMatrix is a fully licensed gaming software provider
As suppliers of sportsbook platforms, many of EveryMatrix’s competitors do not require a license, so this EveryMatrix review was not expecting to find one here either. However, when we looked further into EveryMatrix backoffice, we found a different situation entirely.
This EveryMatrix review found that EveryMatrix is a software provider to licensed operators in Malta, The United Kingdom, all across the EU, and even Colombia. In addition, EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine (more on that in a minute) is remote gambling certified and the content is available to Uganda, Ghana, Zambia, and Nigeria with further African territories to follow. The software can also be adapted to meet the legislation in different countries not covered by EveryMatrix software.
The GamMatrix part of EveryMatrix backoffice also offers responsible gaming features to ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and fraud detection and preventions tools
EveryMatrix software loyalty programs
Each operator that uses EveryMatrix software will tailor either OddsMatrix (Sportsbook) or CasinoEngine to create their own VIP programs, loyalty or additional promotions using BonusEngine. Despite these variations, they will all work the same in principle.
Typically, the operator (including BetConstruct sportsbook sites and others that use a standard turnkey or sportsbook platform) who does not opt for a VIP program will have a loyalty scheme to retain customers once they have taken advantage of the welcome bonus they qualified for when they opened their account.
Customers will usually earn points that can be exchanged for extra rewards, benefits, or more usually, cashback in their betting accounts. Unlike other providers, operators who use EveryMatrix can create offers that could have more appeal to individual customers compared to what is on offer at other operators.
Sports Betting Software
At first glance, OddsMatrix looks like it might be like every other sportsbook platform, just named differently, but when you look at the different areas, you see this is not the case.
Betting markets
OddsMatrix offers more than 100 sports and 35000 events with over 400 betting types. There are also more than 25 eSports available with 40000 events and 95 betting types. This does not include Live betting which we will look at separately in a moment.
Odds
As part of that portfolio (see our betrader review for an example of a similar service) you can expect the odds you see to be the best available and frequently refreshed, which is essential in EveryMatrix software’s biggest area of live betting.
Live betting
In some areas, the amount of live betting outstrips the amount done before the event starts. This has been fuelled by the advances in technology and EveryMatrix software realise this, as they even list their live betting stats before their ‘pre-live’ ones. The biggest markets for EveryMatrix live betting is in eSports, which is more popular than all of the other sports combined over the last 12 months (although the pandemic will have had a hand in that).
Limits
The limits involved in using each site will not be governed by EveryMatrix software and instead will be subject to the operator's own terms and conditions. This includes maximum payouts and maximum betting limits, as well as a minimum amount allowed for both deposits and withdrawals.
Overall
EveryMatrix OddsMatrix offers operators, (and by extension customers), everything that other sportsbook platforms do, but in more depth. This is especially true for the merging eSports markets
EveryMatrix Casino Software – CasinoEngine
CasinoEngine, like the OddsMatrix sportsbook software, has everything you would expect, only in much greater depth.
Software
If we were reviewing an online casino, we would normally list the software providers as there are only usually a few. However, as this CasinoEngine has over 175 content providers and 100 vendor interactions it is easy to see the scale of the service on offer to operators without naming them all individually.
Game portfolio
We have the same situation with a range of games on offer to operators for their online casino platform. There are over 11500 games to play across slots, table games, scratch cards, virtual sports and lottery.
Live Casino
Live dealer games are available from 16 partners including the very familiar names of Evolution Games and NETENT.
Limits
As with the OddsMatrix software, those factors will be governed by the operator and not a software supplier like EveryMatrix.
Overall
Again, like the sportsbook EveryMatrix software, this has everything you’d expect to see on an operators site, only with a far greater number of options.
A comprehensive package of options for the operator to offer to customers
When we first looked at this software provider, we saw they had a piece of EveryMatrix software for everything, and as much choice, if not more, as the other providers we’ve looked at.
After a closer look, the concern was that there was simply too much on offer and that the number of options was overkill and made to look good on the website rather than to offer flexibility to operators.
However, the number of areas covered and options available are organised in a way that you might expect an operator to be impressed rather than intimidated. So, in conclusion, this EveryMatrix review considers that many operators would find a great many attractions to make their journey around the EveryMatrix software platform very worthwhile.
